A pilates practice that heightens your heart rate

Patton Pilates is a reformer pilates workout with an athletic approach. While classical pilates principles are at the core of all programming, classes consist of high reps, a handful of props and lots of power. Patton Pilates is both challenging and rejuvenating - an experience that inspires you to make movement a part of your every day ritual.

The Class

Intimate, empowering, challenging, unified, fun, and energetic. Who’s in?

  • A small scale class for up to four individuals looking to move alongside others. The unique design of The Class embraces the energy of the group while maintaining the intimate setting of the studio.

  • The Class combines core principles with athletic movements creating a workout that packs a punch. While the style is consistent, the class programming is constantly changing. Props are used to mix it up, bring the burn and make it a little more fun. All levels are welcome!

  • The Class schedule is released on the third Wednesday of the month for the following month. If The Class is full, feel free to join the waitlist.
